Emma's Wedding - August 2010

Emma wanted a 3 tier cake, the bottom two tiers are chocolate biscuit and fruit cake, while the upper tier sits on columns and consists of a false tier to pull complete the Brides desire look. Emma had a white and deep purple colour scheme to her wedding and wanted  a custom icing design  to incorporate it. An ivory drape with accenting purple icing was used along eith fresh flowers to complete the deign. This truly is a classical wedding cake.
