Mag's & Alan Wedding - September 2012
Mags came to me looking for a large cake to fill her 200+ guests. This is a four tier creation that consists of Rocky Road, Choclate Biscuit, Fruit and Maderia with jam and butter cream. The colour theme was purple and each tier was completed with a simple chiffon ribbon. Alternating tiers were decorated with handmade flowers to add to the desired look. The cake was assembled in the venue to ensure a perfect finish. Mags chose a custom topper to complete the cake.
Catherine's Wedding - August 2012
Catherine wanted a very contemporary cake with no topper but rather a butterfly design. The cake was a three tier choclate fugde cake with royal icing, each layer is finished with ribbon to complete the theme. This cake is simple and contemporary as the bride desired.

18th Birthday Cake
This is cake that I made for my daghter's 18th Birthday Party. It is a double choclate biscut cake with a custom icing design as requested by the birthday girl.

John's Golf Cake
The Golf cake was a cake made for John's surprise 40th. It consisted of a 12" Chocolate Biscuit and a custom icing job, showing John on the golf course.

Paula's Wedding - May 2012
Paula came to me looking for her dream statement cake. It is a classic four tier square cake, each layer sandwiches in a layer of fresh roses and the cake was finished off with a custom topper. This cake was Chocolate Biscuit, Choclate Biscuit, Fruit with a false tier on top to to complete the desired effect. The tiers were assembled at the venue to ensure the seven tier creation was picture perfect as any bride would expect. It is a simple and yet very eye catching cake.
Linda's Wedding - Village at Lyons - May 2012
Linda wanted a very simple cake with a scattering of decoration. This four tier cake is a made of two chocolate biscuit layers along with a fruit cake. Topped by a jam and butter cream sponge tier to complete the cake. A classic ivory icing was applied and edged with ribbon to suit the theme. Hand crafted white choclate roses were added and the cake was topped with a classic topper.
Anne's Wedding
Anne came to me and wanted a very clean cake. She had seen a three tier metal stand in a magazine and wanted a simple cake to go with it, accentuation with some flowers and ribbon to tie in with her wedding theme. The three layers were, Chocolate Biscuit, Fruit Cake and Madeira Cake. A simple plain icing was chosen and red ribbon trimming was added. Finally a custom topper and flowers were added to complete the cake.
Emma's Wedding - August 2010
Emma wanted a 3 tier cake, the bottom two tiers are chocolate biscuit and fruit cake, while the upper tier sits on columns and consists of a false tier to pull complete the Brides desire look. Emma had a white and deep purple colour scheme to her wedding and wanted a custom icing design to incorporate it. An ivory drape with accenting purple icing was used along eith fresh flowers to complete the deign. This truly is a classical wedding cake.
Kevin & Rachel's Wedding - Ardboyne Hotel - May 2009
This was an elegant cake, a four tier all chocolate biscuit cake. Rachel wanted a nice simple cake to go with the ivory and gold theme to her wedding. A drap was added tot eh design of the cake to give it the wow factor. Each layer is edged with ribbon and the cake was finished with hand crafted butterflies and custom topper.
Ken's 30th Birthday Cake
A quick cake I had to rustle up for Ken's 30th. An 8" Chocolate Biscuit Cake with a custom icing job. The Icing is inspired by Ken's love of football, specifically Manchester United.
